Onfire's Frano Allan has been featured in the Mosman newspaper with his exhibition 'Looking at Light'. Well done Frano!
Born in New Zealand, Frano is a Sydney based artist whose work is attracting significant local and international interest. His paintings in oil and watercolour are rendered in a distinctively cool and contemporary style. Francis was trained by a leading local artist and mentor, the late Reverend Ted Lewis [MBE. ARCA London].
Frano's work features in many Australian collections including that of Julian Castagna wines in Beechworth,Victoria. The Bathers Pavilion at Balmoral, Sydney and the personal collection of John Singleton. A dramatic piece of Allan's work is on permanent display at the National Museum of New Zealand in Wellington.
